Borers are usually present in the wood and then exit the wood by creating pinholes. Termites attack the wood from outside and the wood crumbles due to the attack.

For the same thickness and brand, boards are slightly cheaper but have specific application.

Plywood has layers of wood pressed together whereas blockboard has batons of wood.

Should the product fail to conform to this warranty, NEPLY will, at its option:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product in the same stage of filling or finishing as was initially supplied

• Product failure due to improper installation
• Damage from failure to follow care instructions
• Defects caused by improper door alignment or hanging
• Panel shrinkage (panels are designed to “float”)
• Expansion due to environmental conditions
• Damage caused by others or beyond NEPLY’s control
• Normal wear and tear, weathering, or misuse
• Damage from natural disasters

b. Include the following information:

• Description of the product
• Name and address of owner and installer
• Proof of sale (receipt/invoice)
• Detailed explanation of the defect
