How do i make a warranty claim ?

• To file a warranty claim:

a. Notify your NEPLY dealer

b. Include the following information:

• Description of the product
• Name and address of owner and installer
• Proof of sale (receipt/invoice)
• Detailed explanation of the defect

• Note: NEPLY is not responsible for transportation, shipping, removal, finishing, labor or installation charges.
